DSU Toscana Scholarship 2025

The DSU Toscana scholarship offers a financial advantage to recipients, which is contingent upon their economic status and their residency status, whether they are residents, commuters, or out-of-town students. The call is advertised in Giovanisì, a project in Tuscany focused on helping young people become independent. It is funded by the Tuscany Regional Programme Fse+ 2021-2027.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicants may come from any nationality.
• The applicants must be currently enrolled in the Universities of Florence, Pisa, and Siena, as well as other esteemed Higher Institutes, Fine Arts Academies, or Conservatories within the Tuscany Region.
• The applicants may pursue their first degree in undergraduate, master's degree, or PhD.

Application Process:

• All eligible candidates must complete and submit the online application to be considered for the scholarship.
• The applicant must sign a single substitutive declaration, which is valid for the subsidized benefits about the right to study as requested by the student.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates and eligible non-winners are awarded the following benefits:

• Successful Candidates:
  • Free access to the catering services of DSU Toscana, 
  • Free Accommodation if the students are entitled to it,
  • Exemption from the regional tax for the right to university study.
• Eligible Non-Winners:
  • Free access to the catering services of DSU Toscana,
  • Accommodation at EUR 250 per month,
  • Exemption from the regional tax for the right to university study.

Deadlines for the Application:

• For students enrolled in the three-year, master's, and single-cycle master's degree courses: 5 September 2025
• For students enrolled in doctoral and specialization courses: 14 November 2025
