Eligibility Criteria:
- Citizen of the Philippines. Dual Citizens or permanent residents of the US with citizenship in the Philippines are not eligible.
- A sufficient IELTS score is required by the University's department.
- Applicant must be an undergraduate degree with Academic Excellence at a Filipino University or College.
- Applicant must have completed at least one year of the undergraduate program.
- Applicant must not be in the final semester of the undergraduate program.
- Applicant must return to the Philippines immediately after receiving the degree.

- Certified Copy of Diploma
- Four Letters of Recommendation
- Philippine National Bureau Investigation (NBI) clearance for the past six months
