Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship at Illinois Institute of Technology 2025

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is awarded to Transfer students at a community college who are active members of Phi Theta Kappa. It is offered by the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Eligibility Criteri for the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship:

• The application is open to Transfer students who are active members of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK).
• The scholarship awarded to students pursuing Undergraduate course.

Acceptable Proof of PTK Membership:

• Copy of student’s PTK membership certificate or membership card (each student needs to be a PTK member for at least one semester prior to applying to Illinois Tech).
• PTK membership as indicated on college transcript.
• A letter, on official chapter letterhead and signed by the current or former PTK adviser or president, confirming that the student is a member in good standing.

Value of the Scholarship:

The succesful applicants are awarded with up to $5,000 per year upon proof of PTK membership when applications are reviewed.

Additional Information:

• The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship cannot be combined with other Illinois Tech institutional scholarships such as Chicago STAR, Chicago Police and Fire, Presidential, and more.
• If a student earns multiple scholarship awards, the university will award the highest institutional award for which the student is qualified, but will not combine multiple awards.
